FAQ'S

Are all of the menus vegan?

Yes. All of the menus listed on this website are 100% plant-based.

 

Will Chef Jenn travel to me?

Of course! For a travel fee of $35 Chef Jenn will drive to wherever you are- within the Phoenix area for your class or event. 

 

Does Chef Jenn have a venue to host the events?

Chef Jenn does have a go-to venue for group sizes up to 10- larger groups can be accommodated with a third party venue. 

 

What do I need to do to prepare?

Nothing at all! Chef Jenn will bring all of the equipment and ingredients necessary for your event. If you wish to use your own plate-ware or kitchen gadgets for events- let her know ahead of time so she can coordinate that with you!

 

Can I add changes to the menus?

Yes. All changes and modifications are welcome to tune the menus to the tastes of the guests-within reason. There is also the option to curate your own personalized menu with the chef. 

 

Can I request a customized menu?

Absolutely. As mentioned above, Chef Jenn is happy to design a unique menu for you based on your tastes. 

 

Is Chef Jenn willing to cook non-vegan items?

Yes she is. Of course, all of her available menus are vegan but she is open to any changes or requests made by the guests. 

 

I have a lot of allergies. Will that be a problem?

Not at all. Chef Jenn is very innovative when it comes to subbing out certain ingredients- as well as taking caution so that no cross contamination occurs! 

 

Can I cancel or reschedule my event?

Unfortunately, because of the preparation that is involved with food related events, refunds are only available for a grace period leading up to the event.

 

Events that are canceled up to 5 days before the event can be refunded in full. Within 3-4 days of the event- you will be charged 75%, within 2 days of the event you will be charged 50%- and you will be charged the full amount if you cancel the day before or on the day of the event, you will be charged 100%.
