Chef Jenn Beach

Chef Jenn Beach has been serving up plant-based dining experiences since 2015 when she first endeavored into the Personal Chef world. Classically trained, she attended Johnson and Wales University where she acquired her Bachelors in Science; concentrating on Culinary Arts & Sustainable Business. While she honed in on her niche, Jenn climbed the culinary ladders in several esteemed banquet centers and catering facilities in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New Jersey such as the New Jersey Performing Arts Center & Russel Morrins.Also restaurant trained, she has worked every position from dish to saute and managed several busy restaurant kitchens- and eventually made her way into the New York City, Michelin world.

 

 After reaching the level of prestige she had been striving for, she realized that cooking had become mechanical and was missing

a vital part of what made it special: connection. Connection to the food that she was cooking as well as the connection to the

people she was serving. She spent several years traveling the globe- working in parts of Australia and Italy to find inspiration and fire up that creative spark once again.She returned to America with a refreshed passion to create and serve exciting and holistically

crafted foods to feed the mind, body and soul without sacrificing taste. Her plant-based recipes will keep you

entertained, satisfied, full, and never wondering, “where is the meat?”

 

 Chef Jenn began offering Cooking Classes in 2020, virtually and in-person and quickly grew a love for sharing her

knowledge and experience with foodies and aspiring home cooks- crafting classes for a variety of occasions. Because of

her sustainable background- all recipes and menus are created with a low-waste, local & seasonal intention to

help nurture the environment that our favorite foods come from.

 

 As a lover of the outdoors, Chef Jenn wanted to create a product that was crafted specifically to an active lifestyle- with items that could sustain a busy day- and fuel the body to keep on going. After a couple of years of offering Meal Delivery & Meal Prep- she created the Mindful Bento Boxes to feed your body what it needs while you’re on the go.

 

 When Chef Jenn is not in the kitchen, she is hiking with her dog by the Salt River, working on a DIY project, checking out local restaurants, or traveling to gain more experience and inspiration while taking in the sights of this beautiful earth."
